There are two way sin which questions for webinars are taken into consideration. The first, is the broader Creator Community. We review questions, trends, etc. to determine what topics and questions to cover in our sessions. Questions can be posted anywhere within this digital space.
For the actual session itself, you can post directly on the thread for that particular event, these are created roughly five days before the webinar takes place, roughly a week after the registration page is made available. A good place to interact with these threads is the tag “webinar.” You can find a running list of all upcoming and previous sessions here.
