Update help site to Automation word

Hi @Santiago,

When I look at Help, sometimes I see the old Workflow and Repot words still in place.
I think this is a source of confusion for new App Creators, and I would like to see this fixed.
In particular, Automation has been the focus of many Workspace users, but some users are not sure how it differs from Workflow and Report.

For example, the following notation was left in the API content.

Workflow rules, if any, are invoked.

How to use the API to make changes to your app.

There is a lot of activity going on in AppSheet right now, and I know it’s a lot of work, but please help us out.
