Uploaded file not clickable

I’ve researched this for hours. I looked at sample apps and I cannot figure out how mine differs when it comes to the files. Any help would be appreciated.
In my app I allow users to upload images and files. When reviewing the uploaded data in a detail view the images are clickable and will open to a larger view, but the files are not clickable and will not open.
The column for the image is set to image and the column for the file is set to file. The images and files are stored in a Google drive in a folder on a shared drive. Any ideas?

Updating this in case anyone else runs into this.
It was something simple.
I needed to add the File choice as a Slice Action in each slice.
