Uploaded File Shows Blank When Open later

Hi All,
I’m building an APP that takes uploaded files to my Google drive.
The URL was saved as file type in a column of data source, the Google sheet.
And when I try to open the file later, some shows fine while some doesn’t.
I got blank view from Appsheet when trying to open a Word document.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
