[Urgent]Decimal Percentage

In my app, I have a column with “percent” type. During testing I found that only percentages without decimals are allowed and whenever I want to enter decimal percentages such as "“33.33”, I says “This entry is invalid”.

This is ridiculous, these days decimal percentages are used very frequently for all kinds of data. How can I put in decimal percentages?
