URL column- auto grant of view/comment access for Google drive link

Hi, Community.

On our app, we chose the URL column for the user to provide links to their documents. These are live documents or having constant updates from time to time the reason being we did not use the file upload type.

But there are times, that those URL link from google drive, when viewed requires access approval which causes a bit of back and forth communications.

Is there a way we could somehow mimic google email wherein, these links will get pre-approved for viewing/editing access before they save the entry?

Nope. At least not without a LOT of complexity.
