This is a simple trick (can be set up in 10 seconds)

If we have a Google Workspace Business Standard plan or higher, we can use the Cloud Search feature to search across information in Wrokspace.

Create URL

In AppSheet, we can use the following URL type columns to search for content in our Workspace by passing a string as a URL parameter to the Cloud Search search.

"https://cloudsearch.google.com/cloudsearch/search?q="&ENCODEURL([string to be searched])
