Use an excel template to create recurring records

Completely new to AppSheet, and confess I have no idea where to start.

I am wanting to be able to enter a record into a specific row (row 2) in an Excel table set up as a template. The next 4 rows (3-6) of the template are child records that consists of various formulas that will create a “for information only” record of the next 5 recurrences. Then I would like to copy all of that onto the end of an existing Job Scheduling Table. Is this something I can do using AppSheet?
