Use case for xml file

How do you use the xml file type ?

This is general question to app creators on the community who may use the workflow, save file as XML. I m heavily using the workflow to save file as PDF, but wondering if anyone in this community use the xml file?

What I wanted to do achieve was to show the file in browser, rather than open up PDF file, so save html type is preferred. I placed a feature request to have option to save file as html, but just curious how app creators are using option xml file ? if someone is in use, what is the exact detailed use case?

Are you aware that “SaveFile” allows you to save the output of the template as HTML?

Hi Phil, thank you for your comment. I did not know we did have this option. I overlooked this change being made recently.

I tested html file and working perfect.
