Use Inventory per batch during inventory out

Hello everyone,

I have an app that manages inventory. We creates a purchase order. Upon receipt of materials I have an action button that updates stores per line item in purchase order and asks for batch number. We update batch numbers manually each time on receiving of materials.

Employees work on production and they use items and enter what they have used. Right now I’m managing with current stock as whole. I need to automatically use it per batch. Each item we received will have an expiry date. So we have to track expiry date of products per batch and notify as per batch if its about to expire.

Looking for valuable suggestions.
