Use of Expressions for changing the schedule settings of a report

Is it possible to have expression flexibility for selecting the scheduling options for a report? Like frequency, day of week, day of month, week number, time and timezone? I believe this feature is very important because it gives flexibility to the app user to dynamically define his own scheduled report frequency directly and dynamically from the front-end. Is this a hard feature to provide?
