I am building a property maintenance overview app to compliment my maintenance app and it has several different properties. i was wondering if its possible to only show users properties that pertain to them. For example i want User 1 to only see properties A and D and user 2 to only see properties B and C. Is this possible in appsheet?

Yes it’s possible. Provided you have a user’s table, you can create access privileges for each user and then use Security Filters to filter away data as per useremail. Please see this:
