User issue

Hello!

A user just send me a picture where he coudn´t enter in the App.
He try a lot of things but the issue still there.
No issues in the back end…what could be the problem?

Does the app require login and if so, has the user been added to the list of authorized users?

Assuming the above is true, make sure the user is attempting to use the app with the correct login account.

For example, my apps use Google account to authenticate but I have multiple Google accounts. If I switch, on my mobile device, to one not authorized in AppSheet, the AppSheet app will try to use THAT account automatically to authenticate with. If its not a listed account, then I can’t use the app.
