I have a couple of apps where users are in the whitelist, but they can’t access the apps.
What can I do to fix this?

@Simon - I shot an email to AppSheet and here is their response:
This often occurs if the auth provider is set to a specific provider, and the user is trying to access on a different account (for example the provider is set to google, but the user is logging in via dropbox). You can set the auth provider to allow any type under Security->Require Sign In, and set the Authentication Provider.
This was the problem for me…I had it set to only auth O365 users when I needed a gmail account to be able to access it also. (smh!).

I often forget to change that setting, but the weird thing is I thought other people were getting in on the same login provider, obviously no one is using the app
I need to make it the first thing I do with new apps.
