Users who have an actively paying account get some sort of premium support, correct?

How would one, such as myself, go about receiving said premium support, if they are the main/only developer of an app, but the app is “owned” by a different account?

Yes, you can.

An AppSheet partner or app developer whose own account is on FREE plan, but is building apps for a paid plan, can open a support ticket by emailing support@appsheet.com referring to Account ID of the paid account and the app name, and receive premium support for that app.
