Using appsheet app package name to update newly produced app in play store

Hi I’m going to make one of my appsheet apps in flutter.

Is it possible or necessary to use the same app name to update the app in play store?
Using the original app name in this new app can get me on legal issues?

For example my appsheet whitelabel app name is com.appsheet.1234
And I want to upload the app made in flutter naming it like com.appsheet.1234 so it won’t have conflict with the play store.
