Using bypass security for User and Admin of the app

Hello, I would like to do a bypass security for my app. Due to the security of my sheet, I will send a Sample app as a example for my issue as my app was built based on this one.

If my account is Admin, how could I show all the data in my sight? And are my customers able to see Order and Order Details? Please help me understand this security filter. Thank you.

Thank you for sending the link to us. Could you please kindly suggest us on a sample app which have security filter examples? Such as customer (user’s email) will only see the customer code which is AMP18? Thank you.
