UX Problem, button name doesn´t display

Before when I put the cursor on a button I got the name of this button but now it no longer appears, what should I enable or disable so that it reappears

The hover-text/tooltips for buttons is a very newly-added feature. I would bet that the trouble you’re seeing here will get fixed up very soon.
