UX view show IF list of Authorized users Expression

I got a problem setting up the Show If expression in my UX view. I just want that some determined users can see a View inside my APP. After setting up some expressions just one of the user can see the Views but the other No.

I wold like to ask for your help and get the right expression.

Is it possible to pull the authorisation from a table? In my staff details table I have a Leadership column, I want to authorise the view if there is a Yes next to their email address in the Leadership column?

I've tried

AND(IN(useremail(),StaffDetails[Email]),IN(StaffDetails[Leadership],{"Yes"}))

 but it isn't working
