"Value cannot be null. Parameter name:key" Error Suddenly in some of my apps

It would seem out of nowhere that this started. Has anyone encountered this ?

I am getting the same, only for one section of one app where my field team are trying to update photos.

The error Byron was seeing went away.
I was not able to reproduce the problem and when he tried the app again, it started working.

I can investigate your issue if you provide:

  1. Your account id.
  2. The app name.
  3. The steps to reproduce the problem.
  4. Your permission for me to follow the repro steps while debugging.

    1. click ‘southern’
    2. search ‘north laun’
    3. click on that store
    4. scroll down and click on ‘store detail’
    5. scroll down and open the “Promo and NPD” section
    6. edit and make a change to the ‘promo blind’ by pressing on “y” or by adding an image.
    7. save and try to sync changes.

One of our developers just made a change that may have fixed the problem.
Can you try your app and let me know if it is now working properly?

@SteveA Can you go to the AppSheet editor, log out, and then log back in again? I’m getting a credentials error when I try to reproduce your issue and that might help.

(It was just a bug in our system. It’s been fixed.)

Thank you Appsheet team, all working now.

Can someone help me with this same problem? When my automation is suppose to send an email after a form is filled out. No errors show but no emails are sent either and in the audit log it says this "Template Type: 'Attachment' could not be read due to Value cannot be null.\r\nParameter name: attribute.
