Value error in our property checklist app

Hello,

Can someone please advise when one of our user tries to enter something in the Gas Meter reading field we get the following error she is saying she justs puts 0 in this field but still gets the error.

Is that column a number field? Is it possible that she typed “O” instead of 0?
