Verify Customer Phone using OTP

Hi All,

Ive a scenario in customer onboarding, after each customer creation with details, have to verify the mobile number by OTP (One Time Password) verification method. So my idea is

  1. Add customer, the creation workflow will trigger a SMS with OTP to new customer.
  2. Ive added an action to edit the customer to accept the OTP and verify. But the edit option allow all other fields to change the values.

Pls advise is there any other way of doing this?


Create a slice that contains only the password field, create a form view atop that slice, then present that form.
