View not showing at all for one table

My main view is a form for data entry.

When I set up a second view for the same table, it won’t show any cards. Nothing. I get a button to add a new record when I’ve selected it, which simply takes me to the form again.

In the view properties I’m able to point to any other table in the Sheet and successfully get cards in the view.

When I create a new app and try this with a couple columns, it works fine.

Is there any characteristic of a table that will prevent it from showing up in views?

Please provide screenshots of the Table and View configurations, as well as how it looks in the app.

Came in this morning and it was fine.
