Solved: View Only Users

I am new to AppSheet and i have just completed my first app. I am wanting to share this with two people in my company but i only want them to be able to view the entire app, not add or edit anything. How do i go about doing this? Any help is appreciated!

Change the value in this dropdown, on the User screen in the editor.

Or maybe you just mean not be able to edit/add records.

Look for this section in Data->Tables in the editor

You can set a custom access formula for specific email address logins to be able to update/add/delete or just read-only. There are decent instructions when you open that formula section, but also check out https://help.appsheet.com/en/articles/2355972-switch
