Views in Show If Expression?

Is there a way to use a view in an expression to do a show if constraint on a column?

I know you can control which columns can be show in a view settings page, but would like to do it in an expression.

If you set the option from UX > Options > Apply show-if constraints universally the FALSE statement in Show_If will hide that field dynamically with an expression.
