I think the answer will depend on the structure of your tables. If the tables are in parallel (that is, a one-to-one correspondence between each row in the same order, and each table having the same keys), there’s a simple strategy to deal with that. If, however, the structure of the tables is quite different, another strategy will be necessary.
Could you post more detail about that tables, column names, and keys?
