We are getting the error “Unable to fetch app definition: Error:Unable to obtain access token lock for user ‘80261’/n” in all of our apps.

Cannot see any issues in the apps, or in the billing section.

How do we resolve this issue?

We have staff waiting to do Stocktake and cannot use our warehouse app and we are completely stuck.

Urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.

btw, I fixed this at the time, but just changing our Credit Card details on file. Our CC had expired this month, and was going to decline next time it was attempted. But there was no warning about unsuccessful billing, and that being the raason for the issue. But it was instantly resolved after entering new CC details.
