Webhooks: Is it possible to have a variable http header for post request?

My webhook services provider changes every hour the bearer authorization token key, so I have to change it manually when I want to use these services.

Is it possible to set the key in a google sheets cell and read the value from this cell?

I mean an expression like that. But I does not work.
