What are these 3 digits on the end of this file name “_491” and how do I get rid of them?

I am archiving the file and my file name has the following expression:

<<[Quote ID]>>, <<CONCATENATE(MONTH([Date]),DAY([Date]),YEAR([Date]))>>, <<[Quote Number]>>, <<[Business Name]>>, Quote, <<CONCATENATE(HOUR(TIMENOW() - “00:00:00”),MINUTE(TIMENOW() - “00:00:00”),SECOND(TIMENOW() - “00:00:00”))>>

AppSheet is generating the entire PDF date/time suffix as described in the article. You have no control over that.

You can retrieve the _ATTACHMENTFILENAME and display it in your workflow Body or Attachment.
