What does the submitter get this after successfully submitting a new AppSheet form?

My employees keep getting this image after successfully submitting a new AppSheet form (we did see a new entry in the database). What should we do to avoid that?

Does the name of the table above match exactly the name of the table in the data source? If the table name changes you may need to remove and re add the table under the new name.
