What is the best data source for Appsheet (from begginer to advanced user)?

For newbie to code like me, Which data source is the best should i start to use to build app with Appsheet , eg Goolesheet, Excel, Air table …

And if when my data are grown larger and larger, should i learn SQL or something else? and which data source should I use?

Start with Google Sheets.

I’ve been using AppSheet with a cloud-hosted SQL database and have had no issues with normal use. There is an issue with using a SQL view built from columns of multiple tables as a table in AppSheet, but I think that is to be expected.
