Whatsapp API when you have whatsapp business on mobile

If my customer has two whatsapps on mobile, his Personal and Whatsapp Business. Which one will API open to send a message?

Is there a way to choose which one to have open when an action with Whatsapp api is triggered?
I had not the chance to test yet, i don’t have have in my device neither my customer yet, but he will!!
The API i mean is that basic one we CONCATENATE url + mobilenumber + text.
