When do weekly automatic reports run?

Hi, when a report is set to run weekly, does it run on Sunday or Monday and if so, are there settings to alter when the week starts?

A quick google search didn’t answer my question.

You are able to specify the Days (more than one) and the time (same time on each day) when to run the Report.
