When "save" button doesn't work

I click “save” and it shows the loading animation as if it is loading, and just goes back to the same page as before. Then I manually reload my page and nothing I did was actually saved.

please reach out and give your advice on this.

When this happens to me, yes, I lose the work I’ve done and have to reload the app editor.
