Where Expressions?

Howdy!

I’m trying to build an action that when invoked, starts an email to one of many specific emails that are associated with the Case No (primary key) by searching for a certain ContactType. Normally, I would solve this problem in MS Access by writing a WHERE expression, however, I’ve noticed that Appsheet doesn’t have the WHERE function available.

What do users normally use instead of WHERE?
