Why does hyperlink show only icon in primary view?

I have a column that I set as URL type and checked the “Is Hyperlink” option. In the primary view it shows only a link icon and not the associated text. In the detail view it shows the text and icon separately, which is ok with me. In the form view it shows the text and the URL as separate fields, which is also ok. So, how do I get the primary view to show the text?

Inline prominence actions always takeover whatever text is in that column when viewed in a Table view. Find the appropriate “Open URL” Action, and you can adjust the show_if to not show in a a Table view, using CONTEXT(). Or you can set the action to be attached to a different inline column.
