Has anyone had any luck in getting this resolved? Support has been no help so far.

We think the issue is related to the Delta Sync option. We haven’t yet been able to identify the exact scenario that leads to this situation, but if you are seeing this frequently I would recommend to disable Delta Sync until we can find a fix.

I am experiencing the same. It happened after we turned on ‘Sync on start’. Turning this off resolved the error. I will reach out to support.
