Why there is no search box or menu options in my views

Hi,

Im helping my sister companies to build their QC app, i am successfully made them for my own company, i teach her on the basic and she continues herself, However, i do not know why, on her app, there is no search box even we have ticked all seach in the data and also there is no menu button like the one i have on my app?

Anyone can help ?
