Why when I disable a BOT, the actions keep running?

Hi,

Why when I disable a BOT, the actions keep running? Am I skipping steps? Should I delete the actions? I thought disabling the whole BOT, all the processes and actions attached to it were disabled too.

I shut down the BOTS at 9ish am, but I’m still getting the emails:

Seems to be a bug to me for a BOT which is set to be triggerd on Schedule. BOT seems to be awake even being disabled.
I confirmed the disabled BOT with data change trigger stays quiet, do nothing.

@Alejandra_Petro is this a scheduled bot or change based ?

If you check the monitoring App do you see the executions there after the bot was disabled ?

it is change based.

Yes, I can see the executions, but I just tried to trigger the BOT and it did not send out any email, so it seems all good now :slight_smile:

It happened again. Could this be related to app versions? Maybe it happened because the user’s app did not upgrade, and when he saved the record, he was still working with the old version? Anyway, it is not affecting me that much; I just thought it was important to report it.
