With regards to the Account upgrade options, if I choose a Public plan with the Publisher option and get 1 licence, will I be allowed to have as many users as I like on the 1 app without any issues? Also, will this app be allowed to be password protected? Many thanks

With the Publisher plan, you can have max 100 users per month. If you need more than that, you should choose Publisher Plus. If you need to have an authentication, you should choose per user plan.
