Without using a Dashboard view, is there any way I can add a seperator line in my details view to seperate my summary from the main details as shown in the mock up I have attached?

No, maybe you can play with the tabs and show columns…

Add a Show column > Section_Header to your column structure and then add a description with “________” and it should draw you a line to your form view.

Add a column into your sheet and then regenerate the column structure. When you have it, change it’s type to Show.
