Work flow error

Hello everyone
I have a problem with my Work Flow with Action Send EMAIL.
The flow does not always send the mail on 10 sends, 2 of them work, but not always.
I checked the DOC file and everything was perfect
when I make my logo I get this message

What do you mean by “make my logo”?

The message you posted is misleading. I see similar things in my Log entries. I do not think there truly is any error identified.

If you are NOT seeing any errors in the Logs concerning the generation of the file, More than likely what you are facing are trigger issues with your Workflow, meaning its not actually meeting the criteria to trigger like you think it is.

Can you post more details about your Workflow trigger criteria and the data?

When I have issues like this, where I can’t figure out why the Workflow is not triggering, I will typically set my Workflow so it ALWAYS triggers and verify that the template is generating properly and that the emails are coming through. Then I piece-by-piece start adding back in the trigger criteria until it doesn’t fire like I think it should have. Then investigate.

I tried to change the email address I used the company Outlook and everything works.
With Gmail I started having this problem.

Awesome! For what its worth, all my testing is done against a Gmail account. Occasionally, I’ll not see an email come through but its not frequent that happens.
