Work Flow File Folder Paths

Hi,
I have been working on creating an app that allows users assigned users to inspect different job sites that our company is working on. I was able to get an app that is running smoothly and am now trying to set up a couple of workflows that simplify my life as I have to manually download the PDFs that I receive in email form and then save them to each job site folder.

I was wondering if there was a specific way to get each job site inspection to be added to the specific job site folders instead of having all of the pdf’s save to the same folder.

Hopefully this makes sense.
