Would it be difficult to make the workflow tolerant to an action name change?
Let’s say you have a workflow using the action named Do this for me but later on you realize that you need to change/improve the name of the action for Do this for my wife then the workflow is broken and requires the name of the action to be updated.
The expected behaviour would the same as the one of Grouped actions. When an action name is changed the name in the group is updated automatically.
