Workflow cannot find template

Hi There wondering if anyone can help. I am trying to setup a new workflow for pdf file. It wouldn’t work so i decided to check it by adding another tamplate from a workflow that is working using the same table but got the below error back.

Any ideas as dropbox is linked correctly and i sleected through the dropdown menu.

error: Task ‘job card 2:Email Task’ Attachment template. Template could not be found because AuthInfo could not be obtained for User 595750 DataSourceName ‘dropbox-1’",

thanks steve i’ve contacted them twice with nothing back any ideas what’s going on with support now??

It’s very common that Support’s emails end up in the recipient’s spa folder. Have you looked there?
