One good way to ensure your email templates stay orderly and correctly formatted is to place your inputs inside of a table and ensure there is enough room in the cell to house the information on one line. Have you incorporated a table in the template you are using?

You may also want to ensure that extra spaces are not finding their way into your source data, i.e. " address " vs “address”.
