Workflow Email - Not converting Image File to image on PDF

I have a client who sporadically receives these links instead of the actual image. On the same workflow pdf, they’ll receive some good images but others are displayed like the one below and they’re unable to reference their images.

Do we know why this happens? Is it the new PDF reader?

Hi @Daisy_Ramirez this is a known issue.

Image mising in reports Questions

I have a client with a Google Docs report template file we haven’t changed in months. About a 3rd of the images (roughly 10ish) are missing and instead show something like this [FSS] Note how the lower image is fine. Also when you click on the link it opens up ok in a browser. The user reports that if they rerun the report it seems to be the same images missing each time Any ideas?

Other app creators have reported similar problems.

Any idea how to reach back out to AppSheet support? I sent a support request in last week but no response or update. We used to be able to email but we receive the autogenerated email now.  Thanks everyone
