Workflow email trigger for Parent/Child record addition

Hello All, I have requirement to send email notification after tour schedule is successfully created. The tour schedule has one master record and “n” number of child records for a month.

If set email trigger after master record insertion, the email has zero child records. Because the child records may be in the process of insertion.

Is there any other way to do this.
