Hi team,
I am creating a Ticketing System APP for our Business. I have a workflow that sends an Email to the department manager when a new ticket record generates. My workflow emails are not sending, the workflow action is being performed successfully but no emails are being sent.
According to the log the โResultโ: โSuccessโ though the email never shows up, when you check the email details in the log I get the message: โFailed to fetch email details. Please try again laterโ even when you check it 24 hours later.
Is there any way to resolve the issue?
Is your app deployed?
If your app is not deployed (as pictured above), emails sent by workflows/bots will go only to the app owner, not to the intended recipient.
