Workflow Not Getting All Data

Hey Guys,

I have a workflow setup whenever a new contractor policy is filled in,

Problem is, the referenced column, when they create a new item from within the form is not carried over to the workflow and is left empty on the template.

So for company name, if they select new from the drop down and enter a new company, it will not be on the generated PDF, if they select an existing on it is.

Any Suggestions?
